firewall on host protecting the guest os?

Post by jtsujimura »

Is the guest os considered on the inside of the firewall of the host os? In other words is the guest have some firewall protection because the network traffic is coming through the McAfee firewall on the host?

Only with Bridge mode a VM needs its own firewall.
