Vista Crashes After Updating to 3.0.10

My host is Vista Home Premium, 64 bit. The guest OS is XP Pro, 32 bit. I just updated VirtualBox to 3.0.10. After the update, I consistently get the blue screen of death on both the host and guest OS as the guest OS boots. Any help would be most appreciated.

See section 11.2. Troubleshooting Windows guests for proper ways to capture error messages and then create a ticket in bugtracker (link is below my post). You will need to create an account there due to it being on a different system. Also please post the ticket number and the results here so others can benefit.
