Hi everyone,
I'm using VBox on Windows Vista x64 as host and Windows XP x86 as the guest O.S. The problem is that I'm trying to install DB2 Express-C on the Windows XP but I'm getting error message: "Setup.exe is not Win32 valid Application" Please let me know what can I do.

doesn't sound like a vbox issue, sounds more like a corrupted download - did you try it on the host?

it works fine for me on linux host+guest.
