Are you too blind to check the settings?

Do you want to hide the remaining 1 pixel of the mini-toolbar when it is auto-hidden?
I think that is not possible to hide using a user-configuration.

If that is what you want, you might make that suggestion in the Bugtracker (Report problems in VirtualBox and make suggestions for improvements) or a post in the suggestions forum.

i think this mini-bar is more like a "watermark tracker", using to see if a computer is a virtualbox or not, and have no other utilitie
the other thing who confirm that is the first screen at launch of virtualbox who ask the user "name, email, etc"
sun must change his tracking politics or it will loose all his users

Why? If you have the GA installed in Windows, you get a tray icon. If you don't run the VM in full screen, you see it clearly. When in full screen, just change it yourself like a background or something like that.

It's just the whole point of a VM, it should NOT know or show that it's in an artificial environment.
