Questions I have now that VB is working

I have installed Virtual box on Win Vista and have created an Ubuntu VM.

This works great, I have guest additions installed and the screen size adjusts to my monitors size.

I read here: http://www.virtuatopia.com/index.php/Im ... ntials.jpg that with guest additions you can have applications from the VM running in windows, outside of the VM. How do I do this?

I switched to seemless mode but still can't discover how to do this.

Also there are some keyboard shortcuts that are labelled host + key (host + l for eample). What exactly is meant by host? Which key is that?

Seamless mode is 'running outside' but not really, it just intergrates both desktops to make it look like... but thats all.

The Host key should be the right ctrl key.
