Can you tell me if I should install an antivirus or Zone Alarms within Virtualbox If I want to surf the Internet.
Is it enough to have the protection into theI host?
Thanks to all

You need to look at these as a separate computers. So yes you should have protection.
I prefer to use FreeAVG anti-virus software in the guest, and then exclude the folder from being scanned that holds the VDI files from the host. No need to scan them twice.

And as firewall I prefer the commercial Agnitum Outpost Firewall Pro, or the free Comodo Internet Security (anti-virus and firewall, can be installed separately) instead of ZoneAlarm. I've heard quite a few bad stories about that one.
