Running guest as a server?

Greetings everyone!

I just started to use vbox and now I have a Ubuntu server 9.10 guest installed on Windows 2008 host, guest addition installed, shared folder configured. Now I want to host some web application on Ubuntu guest (using Apache) and want to access those web applications from Windows host. I'd appreciate if someone could provide me with the steps of this setup.

Use Bridge networking mode, see the Manual.
