Installing newer version over older? Or uninstall first?

Post by pstein »

Can I simply install a newer version of VB (e.g. v3.0.10) over an already existing older version of VB (e.g. 3.0.08)?
Or is an uninstall of the older version required?

How can I keep the settings of the older version?

Upgrading can be done without the need to uninstall. VMs and their settings are not removed if you uninstall a version.
