Problems with more than one CPU under Windows 2003 64 Bit

Hi guys
Due the missing multicore support in Microsoft Virtual PC I decided to give Virtual Box 3.0.10 a try.
In a first step I booted the existing Windows XP 32 bit service pack 3 harddrive image, reactivated windows and let the drivers reinstall. Everything worked fine.
Then I updated the HAL to multicore (halmacpi.dll, ntkrnlmp.exe) and increased the number of processors to 2. The system did start fine, in the task manager two cores were shown. In the device manager the computer was shown as ACPI Multiprocessor PC and the cores were also listed correctly.
Now the problem:
In the virtual machine I build a .NET solution. With more than one core I get strange internal compiler errors or sometimes a bluescreen after some minutes of building (minidump from guest os is attached). With the same configuration but only one core the system works fine for hours.
Any ideas?
My configuration:
Host:
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2, Standard x64 Edition Service Pack 2
4x Dual-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 2218, 2.6 GHz, 4 GB RAM
Box (complete configuration file is attached):
Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 3
IOACPI enabled, 1 core
2.5 GB RAM
128 MB Graphic, no 3D support
Audio USB and CD ROM disabled
Let me know if you need more informations.
Thanks in advance
Samuel
