A Critical error has occurred while running the virtual...

It was working fine, but it's two day while I'm running VirtualBox, I get this error "A Critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped."
Primary OS is Windows 7 (final version)
Ghost OS is Windows XP

The version you are showing is a pre-release that got out by mistake. Please download the latest release (54097) and see if your problems go away.

I'm using "VirtualBox 3.0.10 for Windows hosts" r54077, It was working with an older version, i think there is another problem...

What part of pre-release that was sent out by mistake do you not get?
Below is the official release version for 3.0.10 for Windows:

hi,this is kiran....
i got a problem that the VMBOX has been stopped while running it.....its coming that a critical error has occured. the vmbox has been interrupted in moving to next page....its is showing that when u enter ok button some debugging process will takes palce and it might not be supposed to do..here am attaching the logs and photo of the errors occured...please any one could resolve my problem........and onething the mouse pointer is also not working when i selected DEBUGGUNG button........expectiing your resolution friends....
