Virtual Machine Error on startup

Hi,
My host is Windows 7 x64 retail and I have installed the VirtualBox (v 3.0.10-54097) without any problem. When I restart the host, I am now having a small window titled "SmallTalk/v" saying "Virtual machine stack overflow"
I can start the VirtualBox, but I can't install WinXP on there it was stuck while "Loding windows".
Any help is much appreciated.
