Unless you know how to setup Windows to act as a router, (which is advanced) I don't see this happening for you techbyte. It is due to the fact that you have only one public address and trying to use it for multiple separate guests in a private block. Can you not get some more addresses from your provider? Then you could use Bridged mode. Shoot even a VLAN would help unless the data center just does not want you to do this.

Some ideas for you techbyte (I don't have much hope these will help...):
- Enable 'keep-alive' in your ftp client software, with a small timeout/delay value (<4 minutes, say 60 seconds).
- Try the NAT tuning options described in section 9.12.3 of the user manual, perhaps set them to 1024.
