Not working os

Hello all i new in this forum so plis be cain for me ;]
I update my old VirtualBox from 2.2.2 to 3.0.10 and my os (Windows XP) don't want to run why ?
I past my error log:

Look and see if you have IO APIC turned on in the guest settings.
If you do not have hardware-v support in your bios this will cause your problem.
You can try turning this off and see if it helps.

Yes, i don't have on this option but when i turned it on its the same...

Same problem on my end. IO APIC breaks my VMs, VB goes to Guru Meditation. Used to work fine before.

Downgrade to 3.0.8 and wait for the fixed 3.0.10. Should be out in a few hours. They are working on it.

yea its super, i can run my windows now but i get blue screen ;]...
