Data Recovery

Hello All,
I have VB 3.0.2 r49928 version, by mistake i was deleted a virtual Hard disk so missed my whole data so is there any process to recover my Hard disk and related data, because it has my 3 months work and i dont want to loose it, so please help me out if anybody having any solution

You can turn on your pc into safe mode and then from control panel you can recover your pc.
another option is that you can recover from TV tune up software also.

Actually i was deleted my hard disk folder which has hard disk .iso file and it has all data so hard disk folder was deleted by me by Shift+Del, so for this is there any process to recover data or whole hard disk

A .ISO file does not generally contain a VB virtual hard drive. A .ISO usually contains a CD image. Are you sure that you know what you deleted?

If you actually deleted the folder that had your VDI file then Sysinternals undelete might get it back for you if you have not written over any of the clusters yet.

PS: remember that shift delete kills and delete sends it to the recycle bin. Kind of made just for this reason.

You need to:
- Stop using, or minimise use of that PC.
(Each new file created (viewing web pages creates new files in the browser cache) could be overwriting your deleted VDI data, because it is now marked as free space.)
- Find an 'Undelete' program. (I have used R-Undelete http://www.r-undelete.com/ which worked well.)

DO NOT download the undelete program on the PC with the VDI! (see point above about new files.)
- Find some spare disk space on another disk or partition. (Restore to another partition or external drive or network share.)
- Run the Undelete program and cross your fingers!
