Setup for two internal networks. Ping doesn't work

Hi,
I'm new to Virtual Box, and I'm trying to do something possible not so common (Since I've been unable to found an example). I have my local network, with a PC, and I'm trying to create two internal networks. In each internal network there is a virtual MS 2003 that works as a gateway for the between my network and the internal network, and a virtual MS XP that works as a client. Both serers have two net adapters, one for the internal network(connected as Internal network) and one for the real network(connected to the host using bridge adapter). Everything works fine except that there is no way to ping the server 2 from outside its internal network. I can ping it from client 2, and from itself, but not from server 1, client 1 or from the host. What I'm doing wrong?

Thanks in advance
