Windows 2000 Server Guest Rebooting

Hey, I just have a quick question. During installation of Windows 2000 Server the system constantly reboots and repeats the installation process over and over. I have read in the manual that typing the following command VBoxManage setextradata VMNAME "VBoxInternal/Devices/piix3ide/0/Config/IRQDelay" 1 will resolve the issue. I am running Windows Server 2008, so I do not know where to run the command. In Linux, VBoxManage is an actual command but in Windows it is not. Does anybody know how I can introduce that delay on a Windows host?

TIA

I receive the following error when trying to execute that command in the command prompt.

C:\Users\Administrator>VBoxManage
'VBoxManage' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Sigh.... run it from where VBox is installed.

My bad...I blame that on laziness. The install worked fine. I will change the key back to zero, but just out of curiosity, how would I remove the key?

RTFM :!:
VBoxManage setextradata global|<uuid>|<name>
<key>
[<value>] (no value deletes key)
