help with vb

Post by vade »

hey guys,

i recently installed Virtual box on my vista64 laptop so that i can run some 32bit based programs for my university course. Have to say that it is a great bit of software :)

Today i installed VirtuaWin to allow me to split my desktops kind of like on the mac ( one of the features i love on the mac) and i was wondering if there was anyway that you can set a certain key combo not to be be picked up by the os that Virtual box is emulating,

For example i have ctrl+win+z to change to the desktop on the right, and if i happen to be using a virtual os in full screen ( or even if that window is selected) i cant switch i have to turn off FS then click else where on the the taskbar then do my key combo.

thanks for any help

Even with auto capture keyboard, you still only need to hit the Host key once, then the combination you would use to switch.
