Is it any way to install 32 bit version on virtualbox on 64 bit windows OS? I want to automate it via COM, and installing 64-bit version makes it incompatible with my 32 bit com automation. But it's only one installer available on www.getdropbox.com for windows and it seems that OS is detected automatically upon install. Any hint how to fix that? Will 32 bit version work on 64 bit windows at all?

You can't run these kind of advanced applications as a different architecture, you will get lots of problems if you force it. The installer detects which architecture you run and installs the right version. So, no, you can't run 32 bit VB on your 64 bit OS.

Is it any way to access virtualbox COM if virtualbox is installed on Vista 64bit and my application is 32 bit? CoCreateInstance for 'Session' object returns REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG
