Move Snapshot Folders

what is the procedure of moving my snapshots folders ?

i use Virtual Box 3.0.8

my harddisk folder is D:\My VirtualBox\HardDisks
my shapshots folder is C:\Documents and Settings\user\.VirtualBox\Machines
