Hi Forum
I like to use MS IntelliPoint program, and the feature "Move pointer to default dialog button in dialog boxes".
It makes the clicking and clacking so much snappier !
This worked for me using Windoze in VMWare. How to make work correctly in VBox ?
My Windoze guest in VB is a shiny new fresh install.

Re: IntelliPoint snap to default button ?
You don't need any additional software to get that feature, it's build in in Windows. I know it works if you don't have the Guest Additions installed, but with it installed, I doubt it will move the mouse. The seamless mouse might not work all that well with it. I know that with VRDP, you won't see the mouse move on the RDP screen if seamless mouse is used.

Re: IntelliPoint snap to default button ?
I don't think its built-in for Windoze 2K, but maybe I just can't find it.Sasquatch wrote:You don't need any additional software to get that feature, it's build in in Windows.
Guest Additions is a "must-have", since without it, neither the video or mouse behave correctly.Sasquatch wrote:I know it works if you don't have the Guest Additions installed, but with it installed, I doubt it will move the mouse. The mouse "snap-to" default button is also desirable, and worked perfectly when using Windoze guest in VMWare.
I'm new to VB, and learning the differences. Some better, some worser.

Re: IntelliPoint snap to default button ?
I just tested this with XP, and when seamless mouse is enabled, it won't visibly jump to the button. I then disabled seamless mouse integration and it jumped to the button that was selected by default. So even if the IntelliPoint software makes it happen, the GA mouse feature renders it useless.
