VBoxNetAdp.inf : MSI error 1603 at installation

Hi All,
I have an MSI error 1603 that prevents VB from upgrading to 3.0.8.
I'm on Vista-x32. Here is the MSI Log that shows this is related to VBoxNetAdp.inf.
What can I do?
