I can't install Windows 2000. At the end of installation, installation restart VirtualBox. After restart, Installation start again. This is in infinite cycle.

Well at the end when you are asked to restart you need to shut it down.
Then go into the guest settings and unmount the CD/DVD. Start the guest and finish the install.

It's best to just change the boot cycle so that the hard drive is before the CD/DVD ROM.

After restart - Virtual PC boot from HD, not from CD.
I try to disable USB, Audio, Net Adapter and i try to install Win 2k, but same efect. I try to change installation CD to another one, but same efect.
Before end of installation Virtual PC restarts. (it's not classic restart by installation of Win2k, it's restart in middle of copy files or detect hardware).

I try install win2k from same CD to VmWare - it's ok - installation sucessful. But i don't want vmware.

Check the manual, there is a fix for it. It's a known error in recent versions. In the manual, section Troubleshooting.
