OS/2 4.52 trouble in VBox 1.5.2 (Vista x64)

Went from 1.5.0 to 1.5.2. OS/2 got really glitchy afterwards. If it loads at all it is just highly unstable.

I removed everything related to Vbox short of the VDI file before installing.
