shared folder in windows 7

So I installed windows xp in vbox with win7 host. what is the correct network and shared folder setting I should follow in order to share files between these two machines? kind of new to vbox...

For this fact developers wrote the user manual and FAQs.

Not all things must be written thousands of times.

So read the User Manual and / or the FAQ and come back, if you problems to understand what there is written.
