Sun X Display crashes using VB 3.0.8 on Vista 64

VB 3.0.8 works great on MS Vista 64 / SP2. I'm running Solaris 10 Update 8 (no patches) in VB with 5 GB of RAM assiged to guest OS.
Periodically when coming out of Full Screen Mode Sun's X server freezes or crashes, dropping the user back to the Solaris/CDE Login screen.
Otherwise, everything appears to work well so far.

Host Hardware: (Sun Provided, Ultra 27 drivers 3.1)
- Sun Ultra 27
- Intel Xeon CPU 3.20 GHz
- 12 GB RAM
- Dual NVIDIA Quadro FX 3800, Driver 7.15.11.8206, 2/19/2009 (Sun Provided, Ultra 27 drivers 3.1)
- Display: Eizo S2410W, 1920x1200
- Virtual Extensions: Installed
