My notebook doesn't have the right control key.
So, I'm not be able to return from Virtual Box to my host, unless shifting from graphic to ascii screen (ctrl+alt+f1) and return (ctrl+alt+f7).
How to change the "host" key?

Re: Right control key
Open the GUI, File > Preferences > Input. There you can change it. It's been asked a lot before, it's strange that you didn't search as advised in the Forum Posting Guide.
