Host (Ubuntu) cant ping bridged Guest (XP)

Hey guys,
I got some kinda weird problem ^^
My host is a Ubuntu 8.10!
In my VBOX I set up another Ubuntu 8.10 and a WinXP.
They are both bridged that they get an IP from my DHCP. (working fine
I set up the System because of the Developement of Client-Server Apps. Therefore the 2 VBOX Systems have to be able to communicate xD
My Ubuntu guest can ping the whole network and can get pinged from every Guest and Host.
My XP can ping the whole network but can't get pinged from any Guest or Host.
Thanks for reading my Problem! I'm greatful for every idea what I did wrong
best regards
Phil
