I get this message while tring to download the Guest Additions:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /download/1.5.6/VBoxGuestAdditions_1.5.6.iso on this server.

That's because download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/1.5.6/ no longer exists. It's an ancient version too, so you really should upgrade to a newer version.
