Fatal: Medium Boot Error Message

I've been getting the "fatal" message on my virtual box. I had installed an OS on my Vista home 64bit fine. I tried to install another and that message started coming up, regardless of if I'm using my disc drive or an image. Anyone know how I fix this? I've searched all over, I don't have a mac so passthrough checkbox does not make it work. If you need any more info let me know. Thanks

First get your profile straight. OSE Debian on Windows, yeah right. It's the PUEL version.

Second, take a look at the VirtualBox FAQ for some help. Your ISO/disc might not be bootable, so check that.

I've looked at the FAQ before. I was tired and in a rush last night and don't know what that is but I changed it, thanks for letting me know.
Basically I have Windows 64bit which won't run Pro Tools. I opened Win Vista 32bit on virtual no problem. It wasn't that hard to figure out how to use. But when I tried to install mac OS X it didn't work so I searched the internet, found out that it probably wasn't happening. Then I went to install my XP disc which works on my real computer and I got the message. Then I couldn't even open my Vista 32bit which was working. I know how to mount and my XP disc works.

BTW the E: doesn't say anything.
