Post by markboston »

i am running virtual box on a intel core 2 duo machine with ubuntu installed. for some reason i can't set virtualbox to see both processors. when i go into the settings its only set to 1 processor and the box is grayed out so i can't change it. i am running this on windows 7 rc.

Look in your bios for Hardware-v and turn it on.
If you don't see it then you will not be able to use SMP, or run 64 bit guests.
