I am running Ubuntu 9.04 on the host and Windows 7 as the Guest OS. I cannot get internet access to the VM. I am trying to use a wireless adapter, If I have the wireless adapter plugged in before I start the VM, the guest has internet access, but if the guest OS is started before the wireless has a connection, the guest will not get internet access, even if I restart the guest OS. I know the easy fix is wait until the wireless is seen in ubuntu then run the VM, but I am running the VM as a executable upon ubuntu boot. Also I cannot guarantee users will plug in the wireless before booting the machine.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Andy

Re: No Internet Access
Since the guest is bound to the host Internet adapter I don't think you will have a lot of success getting this to work any other way.
