"Cannot access the kernel driver" after installing 3.0.6

Installed VirtualBox 3.0.6 on a machine with Windows XP SP3, and I'm trying to set up a virtual machine as well as Windows XP SP3, but when start the virtual machine displays this message:

VirtualBox - Runtime Error
Cannot access the kernel driver! Make sure the kernel module has been loaded successfully.

This has been a problem with a few versions. You need to rerun installation and choose Repair. See more details at http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/4140
