[Solved] Windows Svr 2008 R2 x64 - Hangs "Starting Windows"

I try to install Windows 2008 Server x64 in VBOX 3.0.6, but it stopped everytime i tried at "Starting Windows" at the install.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

I had the same issue when I "upgraded" to 3.0.6, the x64 Win2008R2 guest I had would not boot. I downgraded back to 3.0.4 and it works now.
This also occurred with CentOS 5.3 64 Bit install.

The issue is solved, I downgraded my VBOX to 3.0.4 and now everything works. Thanks to all for helping me.
