Windows98 Virtualization Crash .dll

Hi!, I have a problem on my virtualbox 3.0.6 emulation W98SE from a xp.
I already have a Windows2000 Virtualization and there´s no problems.
But, when i try to run a W98SE machine (previusly installed changing some options) the program crashes on vboxdd.dll.
This is the message:
AppName: virtualbox.exe AppVer: 3.0.6.0 ModName: vboxdd.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00084093
I can not run a w98se, please help becouse in olders versions there is no problem.
