After installed 3.0.6 version, every time I try to set up general parameters, or set up a new machine, a "could not save the settings file....VirtualBox.xml ...VERR_ACCESS_DENIED".
I've tried to allow everybody account to write and access the file and the folder, but nothing seems to work.
Any solution?
Thanx!

Did you reboot the Host yet?

Re: Error writing virtualbox.xml
I didn't reboot, it wasn't told. But after some minutes (I left the PC and came back later, about 1,5 hour) the problem was gone.
Seems like something related with the installation not finished... sure a reboot is the first thing to do!
