Boot to VB

I am trying to find out if VB can be installed without a host OS. I would like to boot directly to VB and start the client OS of choice from there, similar to what I am told VMware ESXi 4 can do. Is this possible and if so how can I do it?

Not possible unless you build a barebone linux Host where vb compiles, been discussed before here.
