Cloning vdi - UUID concern

Hello Guys,
I am using 3.0.4, host os is Vista and guest os is Win Xp Pro. I'm working in a lab with 21 pcs and dept wants test virtualization using VB. I created an image of the host os pc that has virtualbox and an vdi already. I copied the vdi image to shared network drive. Then, I reimaged all the 21 pcs with vista and guest os as winxp pro. Opened the host and imported the vdi into the .Virtualbox--->Harddisk folder on all 21 pcs. Opened, virtualbox and added the vdi using the virtual media manager. Then went into Machine-->New and selected the vdi image. My concern is having duplicate UUIDs. Do I just use vBoxManageGui once or do I have to use it on all 21 pcs so that it generates a unique UUID. Is there a way that it generates automatically? None of these pcs will be sharing or communicating with each other; however, they are not in a workgroup, they are in a domain.
