VBox 3.0.6 - Crash after update from 3.0.5 on W7 64 host

Since the update to VBox 3.0.6 i can't start it anymore on Windows 7 Professional x64 (MSDNAA-License) Host.
The GUI won't show up after starting.

Any sugesstions?

I'll try to deinstall 3.0.6 and reinstall 3.0.4 or 3.0.5.
