How can I update the network speed?

Hello All

Anyone know how can I update my guest network speed from 100mbps to 1000gbps all my network is 1gbps from net nic's to the switchers.

Select the IntelPro/1000 series of adapters in the guest settings should get you up to speed. BUT! I have never seen a true 1 gig network speed. It seems that the HDD and other overhead keeps it closer to 700 Meg/sec.

Hello Bud

Is already like that i have two 1 gbps cards and its bridge on vb 1 and 2 using Intel mt 1000...
