Hi.
I am using Virtualbox version 3.0.6 on a Windows 7 RTM 64-bit host. Upon attempting to install a Windows XP Professional host, I had something go wrong at the end of the installation. For some reason, it crashed at the end of the installation and went into a guru meditation. I have attached the compressed log files. Can anybody tell me what went wrong?
My PC is an AMD Phenom II 940 X4 @ 3.0 GHz with 4GB of RAM. Hardware assisted virtualization is enabled. I will attempt to install again and see if I'm successful this time.
Thanks,
Earl
PS. Just attempted a second install and the same problem occurred.

Try without vt-x/amd-v.
