LittleFighter2 on VirtualBox

Hello.
I just installed VirtualBox recently and got it running pretty smoothly, and got Windows XP installed and working perfectly under it. I went to install the game LittleFighter2, but it won't run. This is the error I got when I tried to run the file:

Is there anyone here who may know what this problem is or how to fix it? Getting this game to run is the main reason I installed VirtualBox in the first place, since LF2 won't run under WINE but I'd heard elsewhere that it did run on VirtualBox. Is it an Ubuntu-only issue? I can't imagine it has anything to do with my host OS though, this seems like an issue inside the virtual machine... If this is fixable, what do I need to do to get the game to run?
Any help would be appreciated.
