losing information...

Hi,

I'm VBox user since one year ago and never I've had experimented serious problems till this month. I've installed Ubuntu 9.04 in a computer and the last VBox downloaded from here. In the VBox I've installed Windows Xp SP3. Of course, I've installed MS Office and other Windows accounting programs.

I've worked the last month without problems but now I've noticed that all my programs has the entered information of two months ago and not the last month. All my 'Documents' doesn't contain some files and the Windows update is old!!!

I've had not problems about updates of Ubuntu or typical windows blue screens. No error messages from Ubuntu or VBox as well.

The question is... How can I restore my last month of work in VBox?

You will have to trace back to what you actually did, like make an accidental snapshot, or restored/moved something. Other then that I've never seen a VBox VDI loose anything.
