How to make the pop menu disappear just like old version?

I dont like the pop menu cause it always show up when i want to click some icon in the task bar.
So how to make it disappear? (I think vb should give user a chance to switch between them)

You have a choice. Open the Guest settings and the look in General, Advanced. Take the check mark out of mini toolbar.
