Bad network detection

Hello,
I have upgraded my Win7 RC to Win RTM (clean installation) a few weeks ago. After reinstallation I get problems with network from VirtualBox (3.0.4 and now 3.0.6). Win7 don't detect the network correct.
If I NAT I can use the Internet with guest system - but can not access my host system (file sharing), because Win7 say connection is public network and public network I don't want to allow to see my file sharings. Now I have testet network Bridge over my WLAN card. This works finde with VirtualPC 2007 - but with VirtualBox it don't works (no internet access).
I have already reinstalled VirtualBox - but it don't helps. Is thee any known solution?
