Vbox GUI crashes at start on windows XPx64 (on 3.0.6)

Hello !
Today i update version from 3.0.2 (or 3.0.4, don't remember) to 3.0.6, and get the problem ..
Can someone has same problem ?
I create dump from windbg, they stay here:

I think this can be qt4....dll

I`ev just want to know: create or not a new bug in bugtracker.
Maby you can reproduse this with simple way and fix this problem ?
