I'm running Windows XP SP3 as a guest in Ubuntu 9.04. I've had this issue for some time (I believe since 3.0. It definitely worked on 2.x), but copy and paste stops working between the host and guest after I save the VM state and then resume it. If it's a fresh boot of the guest then it works fine. I was hoping it was just an issue that cropped up and that it would get fixed in the next update, but that hasn't been the case. With each Virtualbox update I've made sure to also update the Guest Additions.
However, I haven't been able to find any posts or bug reports about this, so perhaps it's something wrong with my configuration or VM. Any suggestions?

Make sure that you update to the latest version of VirtualBox (3.0.6) and see if it still happens.

Then you will need to look in the Bugtracker and see if anyone has already started a ticket. If not you will need to create a new ticket. Link is below my post and you will need to setup an account there because they are on a different system.
