I have a Hp 6735s with AMD Sempron SI-40 Processor - 64bit. I have installed a 3.0.6 version of VirtualBox, but the 64bit capabilities is non avaible. Someone had a similar problem?

I'm affraid you will have to call HP support and force them to supply a BIOS that supports vt-x/amd-v apart from verifying the CPU supports it as well.
