now my XP guest won't run !
I spent hours setting that up.. legacy software, windows patches.. it was perfect.. I upgraded and now it won't launch that VDI !
what must I do to salvage this !?

First you need to tell me what you see when you try to start the guest?
Did you just upgrade or did you uninstall and then install the new version.
Also did you reboot the Host PC after the upgrade

Biggest thing to remember is to not do anything drastic until we get this figured out!
