When ever I try running Windows 7 RC on virtual box on Windows XP SP3 it starts off normally when i mount the disk image (.iso) and prepares itself normally. When it finish loading and directs to the Windows Boot Screen (that is the windows starting screen) the virtual box Crashes (stuck) and tells me to go to community post the error log and ask for help.

NOTE: The virtual hard disk is 80GB, 2G of RAM Given to it. The virtual hard disk is on a 100G Hard Drive (98 G of free space)
I have tried first time and it worked perfectly installation etc. goes well. then the computer crashes (not VB fault, the antivirus scanning) and when I reboot again I run it and it starts showing the STUCK pop up screen. I reinstalled virtual Box, Made a new Win 7 virtual HD. Please help I really want to test it!!!!!!!

so only about 1.xG of RAM can only be assigned for the windows 7 system? Are all the other settings correct (e.g. Memory Allocation)

I don't know I can't see your settings. Does it not work by turning down the RAM?
