Just upgraded Vbox from 2.2.4 to 3.0.6
Host is Vista 32bit
All 32 bit Guests are fine
I have 1 Ubuntu 9.04 64bit Guest and can't boot

Any other errors? Are you still able to use hardware virtualization? Is that enabled? Are you running a 32 bit VM without hardware-v when you boot the 64 bit Guest?

Just before upgrade Vbox i shutdown the working Ubuntu 64 bit !
I now realise that i have and one old Windows 7 64 bit RC from may.2009 - again no working OS. I "launch startup repair" and after loading some files i have only black screen
Edit: Downgrade to 2.2.4 - everything is fine !
